About Andalucia

There are many great reasons to visit or get some work experience in Andalucia. The name Andlucia comes from an Arabic word, Al-Andulas. The first signs we have of Al-Andulas are the coins from 716 used by the Muslims Government of Iberia. The coins were called dinars and were used and made in Latin and Arabic. Historically speaking Andalucia was known as an agricultural landscape compared to the rest of Spain. Andalucia is also known to have the highest temperatures in Europe with an average of 37 degrees during the summer season. It is also known as a big producer of Brandy and wine in the areas of Jerez (where sherry originated), Niebla, Montilla, and Málaga. You will need quite some time if you wish to explore all of Andalucia since there is a lot to see and do all over the place.

For example in Seville, there is the Seville Cathedral which is under the UNESCO heritage and is the 3rd biggest in the world.
