1.Internship agreement

To begin your internship you need to have a signed school agreement. It is one of the most important documents, since without it, the hotel will not allow you to start your internship.

Important Information

1st. Your school’s internship agreement must be in Spanish (Spanish law only accepts levels with an internship agreement in Spanish).

2nd. The Spanish word is PRACTICE AGREEMENT. These words are very important.

3rd. You must put in your internship agreement the amount of money you will receive during the internship.

4th. The internship agreement should always include:

  • Original paper from your school.
  • Original signature of your internship coordinator or teacher.
  • Original signature of yours as a student
  • Original stamp of your school.

2. Private Insurance

Why do you need private insurance?

During your internship, you are only abroad, there are other laws and regulations in force. Doctor visits and hospital stays are very expensive in Spain. To be prepared for all possible situations and to avoid unpleasant surprises, you must be safe.

The European Health Insurance Card does not protect you at all events, so you must have private insurance to save money in the event of an emergency.

Important Information

  • Liability insurance
  • Repatriation
  • Own risk insurance

The hotel manager needs a copy of his private insurance with this data. You must complete the original private insurance form on the day of your arrival, including any other documents you need.

3.Certificate of internships

To make sure your school allows you to do the internship, we need the certificate.

Your school must complete the first sheet of the certificate (the Spanish version) and send it to your hotel.

This certificate is very important to us, so make sure your school signs it for a while; otherwise, you won’t be able to start your internship.

4.Health Card

To start your internship, you need to send a copy of your European Health Card.

Afterwards, you must take the original with you to Spain in order to benefit from coverage in the event of an accident.

5.Medical report

To begin your internship, the hotel manager needs a written medical report that can do the internship and does not have any chronic illnesses or pending surgery.

Your family doctor will give you this for free.

The medical report cannot have more than a month of your internship. It must be uploaded to your personal Animafest page before your departure.
