In a cooking internship, you can have a direct contact with all the gastronomic preparations that are held in a hotel or restaurant. You can also learn about the culinary recipes and gastronomic culture of Spain and France, you can also share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Cooking Internship

Basic requirements:

-Be an active student looking for a curricular or extracurricular internship such as: Gastronomy, Cuisine, Hospitality, and Tourism (which integrate gastronomy in your curriculum) or careers at the end.
– High Spanish level if it is in Spain.
– High French level if it is in France.
– Minimum age 18 years.

What are the tasks?

  • MenusPrepare the menu: Generate personality to the establishment and instill the confidence of the clientele. In addition, good planning will have an impact on the profitability of the service.
  • CreativityShare creative knowledge, especially when you're devising your own recipes.
  • SupplyTo meet the needs and supply of the kitchen: They maintain direct contact with the suppliers of the raw material to be cooked.
  • RecipesKnow the administrative circles: Review and manage standard recipes.
  • PlanningPlan and Organize: Participate in the planning and organization of the production phases.
  • RegulationsApplication of hygienic regulations: Health, occupational safety and environmental protection.
