If you are looking for an internship in a restaurant or bar, it is in the right direction. We have places available in the best destinations in Spain!

In the restaurant and bar you will be in charge of processing the orders of the customers and ensure that it is prepared in an appropriate and timely manner. In addition, you can take care of serving such orders at the tables assigned to them and observing their diners to see their reactions and verify if they require anything additional, in order to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided.

-Be an active student looking for curricular or extracurricular internship scan of studies such as: Food and Beverages, Hotel and Tourism, Gastronomic Management or careers at the end.
– Basic Spanish level
– Basic English level
– Minimum age of 18

What are the tasks?

  • WelcomeWelcome customers, guide them to their tables if necessary, and provide service once they are located.
  • Response and descriptionDeliver and describe the menus and specials of the day, make recommendations and respond to any concerns about the dishes or drinks offered.
  • RecommendationsGive recommendations on wines to accompany meals, in addition to opening the bottle in front of customers and serving it properly in their glasses.
  • IdentificationCheck the identification of customers to make sure they are of the minimum age to consume alcohol.
  • Orders and commandTake note of food and beverage orders and deliver the command in the kitchen or bar for preparation.
  • ServiceServe food and beverages and ensure the enjoyment of customers.
  • PreparationPrepare and serve special dishes at diners' tables, such as meat carving, flambéing desserts, among others.
  • Payment and collectionDeliver the invoice to customers and receive their payment or, failing that, guide them to the checkout.
  • ThanksThanking customers for their visit
  • Withdraw serviceRemove dishes and cutlery from tables and clean and rearrange tables once customers have been lifted.
