Key Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits and support payroll processes.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate on training, professional development, and team-building initiatives.
Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
Proficiency in English and/or French is an advantage.
