Description: Join a neighbourhood tapas bar in central Badajoz and learn how thoughtful drink service can bring local flavours to life. You will help prepare the bar for service, welcome guests and make recommendations pairing Extremaduran wines and beers with tapas. Your responsibilities will include preparing drinks and non-alcoholic alternatives, explaining menu options, keeping the bar clean and organised, checking stock and rotating supplies, and helping the team prepare occasional tasting evenings. You will also support responsible alcohol service and follow food safety and hygiene procedures. We are looking for a friendly, reliable trainee with an interest in hospitality and regional food and drink. Previous bar experience is not required. You should enjoy working with customers, communicate confidently in Spanish (B2), have a working level of English (B1), and know basic Portuguese (A2).
