Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.

Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processes.

Resolve employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate on training and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

Fluency in English and French is a plus.
