Description: Join the kitchen team at a hotel restaurant in Hoznayo, Cantabria, as an intern focused on cold kitchen work and breakfast preparation. Under the head chef’s supervision, you will prepare mise en place, seasonal cold starters and garnishes using local ingredients, help set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, and assist with portioning and plating during service. You will also help check deliveries, rotate ingredients in storage, keep your station clean and follow food safety procedures.
