Description: Join the food and beverage team at a hotel restaurant in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, and learn how breakfast and poolside service are coordinated in a busy resort setting. Under the guidance of experienced staff, you will help prepare the breakfast area, set tables and replenish buffet items, including fresh fruit and juices. During pool service, you will take food and drink orders, serve guests, prepare simple beverages and relay requests to the kitchen and bar. You will also practise explaining menu items and allergens, keeping service stations clean, rotating stock and assisting with opening and closing checks. The role combines guest service with practical learning in restaurant and bar operations. We are looking for a friendly, reliable trainee who enjoys working with an international clientele and is comfortable with active shifts. Spanish and English at B1 level are required; additional languages are welcome. Previous experience is not required. Shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
