Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Reception Intern to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. Your main duties will include welcoming and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing accurate information to clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is well organized, and adopts a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area.
Provide information and assistance to customers.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and standard office equipment.
Punctual, reliable, and well organized.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Fluency in French is a plus.
