Missions:

Set up (check equipment, serve and clean tables)
Distribute and place orders
Invoice customers, handle cash transactions
Clean the work area
Prepare tables for dinner
Prepare and present beverages
Manage customer suggestions and complaints, forwarding them to a supervisor if resolution is not possible independently
Take orders
Familiarize yourself with the hotel's cuisine
Know the schedules and various services offered by the hotel
Understand the dress code and hygiene and safety rules
Attend to the minibar
