Description: Join the dining room team of a contemporary Basque restaurant in Bilbao and learn professional, attentive table service. Under the guidance of experienced staff, you will prepare the dining area before service, welcome guests, explain dishes and local drinks such as txakoli, take orders and serve food and beverages. You will help coordinate timings with the kitchen, communicate dietary requirements and allergen information accurately, and handle guest requests with care. You will also use the restaurant’s point-of-sale and reservation systems to enter orders, manage table information and support a smooth service. Previous restaurant experience, a confident approach with guests and the ability to stay organised during busy shifts are required.
